The Hot Box Boxing and Personal Training Gym is one of the best equipped boxing gyms in South Africa.

With state of the art facilities, Hot Box Gym is where the casual boxer as well "pro" boxers can train. With top boxing trainers showing you the ropes you can not go wrong. The gym comes with a full equipped weights, area cardio equipment and shower facilities for both men and women. The boxing area has 16 punch bags, 3 double end ball, 2 speed balls and a boxing ring.

Hot Box Gym offers: Personal training, Personal boxing training, Hot Box Boxing Classes and Professional Boxing.

Colin Nathan is also a South African Boxing Agent. He can get top South African fighters from Straw-weight to Heavyweight.

Open Mon - Thur, 7am - 8pm. Fri 7am - 6pm.
